Starting in 2018, we contracted with Barry to oversee the maintenance of three beautiful, old, historic buildings. He replaced custom windows and doors, coordinated plumbing and electrical issues, installed a backup generator for the premises, upgraded old gas furnaces to electrical heat pumps, repaired decks and railings, upgraded lighting, coordinated painting of the buildings, and much much more.
